Great Guitars 2014: Eric Slaughter & Shaun Robinson with Montez Coleman & Jahmal Nichols

From Grant Green to Chuck Berry, St. Louis has a rich history with the guitar. Now, two great St. Louis jazz guitarists will come together for one incredible weekend at Jazz at the Bistro. Eric Slaughter and Shaun Robinson will share the stage, backed by drummer Montez Coleman and bassist Jahmal Nichols. Fans of the guitar in any style don’t want to miss two of the most talented players on six strings!

    Chris Burchett, should defiantly be in this line up if you want a great guitarist! That young man is extraordinary! No need to write me back. I’m just saying, this line up is not at it’s full potential.

    I don’t get that comment at all, JJ. Have you seen Slaughter, Robinson, Nichols, or Coleman in action? You could go anywhere in the world tonight, and not see a better lineup. No disrespect intended, but you might even forget about Mr. Burchett for a few hours.
