Purchasing Tickets by Phone
Tickets may be purchased during normal business hours (9 am-5 pm) by calling the Jazz St. Louis offices at 314.289.4030. Tickets may also be purchased outside of those hours by calling MetroTix at 314.534.1111 or toll free at 800.293.5949.
Purchasing Tickets Online
Tickets may be purchased online by visiting the Jazz St. Louis website at www.jazzstl.org, or by visiting the MetroTix website at www.metrotix.com.
Purchasing Tickets at the Jazz St. Louis Offices or MetroTix Outlets
Tickets may be purchased by visiting the Jazz St. Louis offices located at 3547 Olive Street, Suite 260 during the hours of 9 am – 5 pm. Please phone in advance of office purchases.
Tickets may also be purchased for any Jazz at the Bistro event listed by visiting the MetroTix Box Office at the Fox Theater.
Purchasing Tickets on Location
Tickets may be purchased at the door the night of the show. Please be aware that as seating is limited, tickets are subject to availability.
Student Tickets
Student tickets are available for most Jazz at the Bistro performances. They may be purchased in advance for both the 7:30 & 9:30 pm sets on Wednesday and Thursday and for the 9:30 pm sets on Friday and Saturday by calling 314.289.4030. Student tickets for the 7:30 pm sets on Friday and Saturday will only be sold at the door 15 minutes before the show begins, subject to availability. A valid student ID will be required when purchasing or picking tickets up at the door. One student ticket can be purchased per student ID.
Purchasing a Gift Certificate
Gift certificates may be purchased over the phone at 314.289.4030 or online using the form below. Jazz St. Louis gift certificates make an excellent gift for any occasion as you may purchase them for as little or as much as you would like and they have no expiration date.
