Concert Sponsorship
When you sponsor a concert at Jazz at the Bistro, you give St. Louisans the opportunity to hear jazz of the highest order, whether it’s jazz from a regional favorite, a hot, new up-and-coming talent, or a seasoned, internationally known jazz musician. Your gift helps Jazz St. Louis underwrite the cost of bringing the artist to St. Louis not only to play at the Bistro but to perform master classes, workshops, and concerts for youth, many in underserved areas of our community. Jazz St. Louis has reached over 70,000 young people through its education programs.
As a concert sponsor, you receive benefits as well. The Bistro is the perfect place to entertain your clients or employees, and with your sponsorship, you receive complimentary tickets and valet parking. You and your guests will enjoy the privilege of meeting and talking with the artist. Your company will also receive recognition and special attention.
You may sponsor a concert that consists of two nights or four nights of performances at the Bistro. Generally, the two-night concerts feature regional talent as part of our Spotlight series. The four-night concerts are part of our Main Subscription Series and feature artists of legendary and/or international prestige.
Sponsorship is $5000 and benefits include:
Sponsor an Artist on the Main Subscription Series (four nights of concerts)
- Sixteen complimentary tickets to any of the sponsored shows (sets are at 8:30 and 10:15 p.m.)
- Complimentary valet parking for you and your guests
- Exclusive meet and greet with artist for you and your guests
- Company Name printed on Metrotix tickets
- Recognition on website (including hyperlink to your company) and in communication pieces
- Visit from Jazz St. Louis All-Stars, JSL’s advanced, auditioned high school group, to play for your company’s employees
- Recognition from the stage before and after each performance
- Company banner posted above the stage
- Recognition of your sponsorship at the artist’s education activity
Sponsorship is $2500 and benefits include:
Sponsor an Artist on the Spotlight Series (two nights of concerts)
- Eight complimentary tickets to any of the sponsored shows (sets are at 8:30 and 10:15 p.m.)
- Complimentary valet parking for you and your guests
- Exclusive meet and greet with artist for you and your guests
- Company Name printed on Metrotix tickets
- Recognition on website (including hyperlink to your company) and in all radio and print ads
- Recognition from the stage before and after each performance
- Company banner posted above the stage
